This is my blog, this week I have been working on avalanches because I don't actually know that much about avalanches but now I know lots about avalanches. Before I did my slide show about avalanches I did a plan. At first I rote all my facts in a google doc. What I did in the doc was I rote an introduction, What an avalanche is, How avalanches get cuased, Types of avalanches and of course a conclusion.

In writing today we were learning about compound sentences. A compound sentence is formed by adding two main (independent) clauses together using conjunctions. A main (independent) clause: stands alone as a complete sentence, for example 'Rick came first. Blake A my buddy helped me turn my simple compound sentence.

This week is Matariki. I have done this create task and it is a Venn Diergram. If you don't know what a Venn Diergram is, then this is what a Venn Diergram:A Venn diagram is an illustration that uses circles to show the relationships among things or finite groups of things. Circles that overlap have a commonality while circles that do not overlap do not share those traits. Venn diagrams help to visually represent the similarities and differences between two concepts.

This my blog post. Today I went to Hornby primary to do student summit. I enjoyed doing coogle, book creator and stop motion. Because they where very intoresting and creative.If you wouled like to use one of them you just search it up on google. The school that was at the student summit where: Yauldhurt model school, Hornby primary, Gilberthorp, st Bernadette and my school Wigram primary.
