Sophie Pascoe

 Hello readers 

This week I have got for you a poster about Sophie Pascoe. I have got lots of facts in there for you. The reason I choese Sophie Pascoe is because I have known lots about her when I was in year 2 and because my name is also Sofi.

I have also done 5 facts about the Russian Olympics. I picked Russian Olympics because I am Russian.

1.The Russian Olympics have 196 golds, 163 silvers, 189 bronze and in total they have 548.

2.Russians are the best at synchronised swimming.

3.The best synchronized swimmer is Svetlana Romashina.

4.The 1998 gold medal game between Russia and the Czech Republic was the first played between teams consisting mainly of NHL players.

5.Russia, officially known as the Russian Federation, has competed at the modern Olympic Games on many occasions, but as different nations in its history. As the Russian Empire, the nation first competed at the 1900 Games, and returned again in 1908 and 1912.

6. Svetlana Romashina won her seventh Olympic gold medal as part of the eight-woman Russian Olympic Committee artistic swimming team.

7. Anastasia Davydova is the best at synchronised swimming, holding 5 gold medals.
